Jay Sport's technology management service experience includes work
with the Citicorp Technology Office, including Recommended Best Practices
to use people, process and technology most effectively, as well
as providing business model research enabled by new technologies -
such as telecommunications capabilities - and their applications.
Process development for Citibank’s technology risk management
as well as for its Y2K risk and crisis management is representative
of Jay's proven process management and risk management strategies.
In addition, Jay co-managed Citicorp's Year 2000 Enterprise Program
Office, which focused on and coordinated a $650+ million Year 2000
effort bank-wide. His responsibilities included management
of the Program Office's internet systems, $5 million in annual consulting
contracts and enterprise level analyses and reporting. This Program
was completed on schedule and within budget.
